What Does a Charging System Engineer Do?

The Charging System Engineer is a technical expert and first responder to issues affecting Ericsson’s Charging System platforms. These systems are the backbone of how telecom operators charge for calls, data, and digital services — making them critical to the business.

Customer Issue Resolution:

  • Manage and resolve customer service requests efficiently. Be the point of contact for troubleshooting charging system issues, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
