 What You’ll Do

As a Desktop Support Engineer, you’ll be the go-to expert ensuring the smooth operation of computers, peripherals, and networks across the organization. You’ll play a critical role in maintaining uptime and efficiency — the invisible force that keeps business operations moving forward.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Providing day-to-day technical support for desktops and end-user devices.
  • Installing, configuring, and testing hardware and software systems.
  • Assisting users with troubleshooting issues related to hardware, operating systems, or applications.
  • Maintaining support tickets and updating progress regularly.
  • Performing remote desktop troubleshooting and on-site “hands & feet” support for IT maintenance.
  • Ensuring all activities align with organizational policies and security standards.
  • Maintaining clear technical documentation in collaboration with other IT teams.
