About the Role
As an Associate Technical Support Engineer (ATSE), you will be responsible for resolving customer-reported issues related to ChargePoint’s EV charging solutions. Your key role is to ensure smooth functioning of home and commercial charging products, provide timely support, and maintain high performance in customer satisfaction metrics such as SLA, CSAT, and MTTC.
This role demands strong technical skills, communication abilities, and the passion to troubleshoot real-world problems.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Case Management
- Take ownership of customer issues from start to finish
- Provide timely updates in CRM tools
- Ensure fast and efficient case closure
- Track case metrics and improve Mean Time to Close (MTTC)
Effective Customer Communication
- Maintain clear and professional communication with customers
- Handle escalations efficiently
- Set realistic expectations regarding issue resolution
Technical Troubleshooting
- Analyze technical issues and provide suitable solutions
- Collaborate with engineering teams where necessary
- Stay updated on new product releases and known issues
KPI-Driven Performance
- Work towards high Service Level Agreement (SLA) adherence
- Improve customer satisfaction ratings (CSAT)

Schedule and Team Work
