Job Role: Desktop Support Engineer
A Desktop Support Engineer plays a vital role in ensuring seamless business operations by providing on-site and remote technical support. In this role, you will support employees by resolving IT-related issues and maintaining system performance.

Key Responsibilities
As a Desktop Support Engineer, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Hardware Installation & Maintenance
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
- Diagnosing and repairing hardware issues
- Managing system upgrades and replacements when required
Software Troubleshooting & Support
- Installing and updating OS, applications, and software tools
- Troubleshooting software-related problems and ensuring system functionality
Network & Connectivity Troubleshooting
- Assisting users with Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN, and network connectivity issues
- Configuring network devices and settings
End-User IT Support
