Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare and configure desktops and laptops
before deployment
- Setup Thin Clients and VDI in integration with core
servers (file, mail, etc.)
- Manage Active Directory (user creation,
modification, disabling users)
- Maintain LAN services & monitor system
performance
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network
issues
- Replace/repair technical components when
required
- Document IT processes, tickets, and changes
- Follow IT policies, security compliance, and
standards
- Work with senior team members on escalated
issues
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or
related field
- Freshers and experienced candidates both
eligible
- Strong troubleshooting mindset and problem resolution
skills
- Good communication & customer handling skills
- Knowledge of Windows OS, LAN networking, printers,
and peripherals
- Prior experience in desktop or IT infrastructure
support is an advantage
