Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and support internal tools – SNOW, BMC Remedy, SAP-ERP, Blue Martini
- Handle service requests, incidents, and support tickets within SLA
- Perform technical troubleshooting with predefined procedures
- Support 1st/2nd level analysis and escalate to 3rd level when needed
- Provide customer support through phone and email
- Update knowledge base, maintain documentation, asset data & logistics
- Comply with information security policies and risk reporting
Required Skills
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong analytical, literacy, and numeracy skills
- Basic knowledge of ITSM tools (ServiceNow, SAP, BMC Remedy)
- Understanding of change management and IT processes
- MS Office proficiency
- Ability to work under deadlines and independently
Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)
- Experience in service desk or technical support
- Knowledge of SAP ERP & SNOW
- Experience in matrix or project-based environments
- Attention to detail & continuous improvement mindset
