2. Dialer Support (Outbound, Inbound, PRI, GSM)
The System Administrator handles the branch’s dialer systems, ensuring smooth operation for outbound and inbound calls. Knowledge of PRI and GSM setups is essential for efficient communication management.
3. Firewall Support
Configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting firewalls to protect the branch network from external threats is a crucial responsibility.
4. Asset Management
