 Key Responsibilities

As an Application Support Engineer Associate, your daily tasks will involve both technical troubleshooting and end-user communication. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring that the company’s core applications perform optimally and that users receive timely support.

Responding to User Requests:
Handle user requests through phone, email, and Service Desk tickets with professionalism and promptness.
Incident Management:
Diagnose and resolve Level 1 and certain Level 2 application support issues. Use remote troubleshooting tools to identify and fix user problems efficiently.
ServiceNow Ticket Management:
Work with ServiceNow to log, document, and resolve support tickets. Ensure that every incident is recorded and tracked until closure.
User Account Management:
Create, update, and manage user accounts for Fund Services applications while ensuring compliance with access control policies.
System Log Analysis:
Monitor application logs, identify errors, and implement appropriate solutions or escalate issues when necessary.
Workflow Improvements:
Collaborate with internal IT and business teams to understand requirements and suggest process or workflow optimizations.
Escalation Protocols:
Follow standard escalation procedures to ensure critical issues are addressed promptly by higher-level technical teams.
