About the Role
As a Desktop Support Engineer (L1), you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting desktop systems, laptops, and peripheral devices. You will be the first point of contact for resolving technical issues, ensuring seamless IT operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
System Maintenance & Troubleshooting
– Diagnose and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and operating systems.
– Handle desktop administration and provide L1 support to end users.
Hardware Management
– Assemble, disassemble, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
– Replace faulty components and perform preventive maintenance.
Network & Connectivity Support
– Manage basic LAN troubleshooting, IP configuration, and ensure stable network connectivity.
– Support Outlook configuration and email setup.
Software Installation & Configuration
– Install and configure Windows OS, drivers, and common applications.
– Assist users with OS upgrades and printer installations.
User Support
– Provide excellent on-site technical support to internal teams.
– Ensure minimum downtime by resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
Required Qualifications
Education:
- Any Graduate
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Hardware and Networking
