Job Description

Perydot is seeking a skilled Linux Administrator to manage and support Linux-based servers, ensuring high availability, security, and performance. This role is ideal for an individual who understands enterprise-grade server administration and is capable of handling daily support and maintenance tasks while troubleshooting real-time issues.

The role involves working with Linux operating systems like RHEL, CentOS, and Ubuntu, performing system checks, managing patches, user access control, server security, and maintaining uptime.

Key Responsibilities

As a Linux Administrator at Perydot, your responsibilities will include:

System Administration

  • Administer and manage Linux servers (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu)
  • Ensure system uptime, stability, and performance
  • Manage user accounts, access permissions, and file systems
  • Perform system backups, restore operations, and patch updates

Monitoring & Troubleshooting

  • Monitor server performance and resource utilization
