What You Will Do – Key Responsibilities

As an Associate Technical Support Analyst, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  •  Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical incidents using structured problem-solving methods
  •  Debugging issues using Chrome Developer Tools and handling web-based technology challenges
  • Writing and analyzing basic SQL queries to troubleshoot database-related issues
  • Handling and prioritizing customer support tickets
  • Working closely with internal teams like Engineering & Product
  •  Ensuring smooth product usage and guiding customers
  • Managing ticket workload, escalations, and client expectations
  •  Building trusted relationships with enterprise customers through professional communication

Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates must have:

  •  A Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Computer Science preferred)
  • 0–1 years of experience in technical support or IT operations
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in different shifts (morning, afternoon, or night)
  • Problem-solving and analytical mindset
  • Eagerness to learn new tools, cloud applications, and support systems

Preferred Technical Knowledge

Candidates with the following skills will have an edge:

  • SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • DOM & Web Application fundamentals
  • Basic knowledge of Salesforce or CRM platforms
  • Experience handling support tickets (20+ per week)
  • Understanding of relational database architecture
  • Familiarity with SaaS and cloud technology basics
